Just home from the Tweed Valley Enduro Long Weekend with MTB Beds. Wow what a weekend. Epic riding, superb guides, great accommodation and some more epic riding. A superb intro to the Tweed Valley and the riding on offer at Glentress, The Golfie and Innerleithen. Rich and The MTB Beds team are superb - helpful, knowledgeable and responsive and Murray and the Team at Glentress Hotel were brilliant. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic week of riding in Finale Ligure. Top class guiding, excellent hosting, nothing was too much trouble for the MTB Beds team. Will definitely use again.
Apartment Divaria is located on the sunny side of Morzine, the garden providing a great sun trap with it's barbecue and views across the valley to the mountain peaks beyond. The property is furnished and decorated to a modest standard which is comfortable, with everything you would need for a simple self-catered mountain bike holiday in Morzine. It is available for longer stays only, of 4 weeks or more, please enquire for a price.
This apartment is located under our seasonal rental chalet which has tenants from June - September and shares a great bike wash and storage area with these clients.
PLEASE NOTE APARTMENT DIVARIA IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS OF 4 WEEKS OR MORE.
There are two bedrooms, one is a large double/twin with an en-suite bathroom containing a shower and basin, this is the properties bathroom, shared with the other bedroom, though there is a toilet in the main living area. The second bedroom is smaller and contains 1 single bed, a second can be installed on request. There is a good size sofa, which is also a sofa bed, table and chairs, and TV UK Freeview Sky and WiFi making this a comfortable property for three people, but could sleep 4 max.
There is a kitchen with breakfast bar including an oven, 4 gas hob, large fridge and washing machine. There are French doors that open from the kitchen onto a lawn area with amazing views over Morzine also benefiting from the sun all day. There is parking for two vehicles and the walk into town is short and sharp with the possibility to ride in and out of the property to and from the lifts and trails of Super Morzine.

Deposit Payment
To secure your property a 30% booking deposit is required. Deposits are non refundable and the full balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival in Morzine.
NB - Prices included linen, towels and end of stay clean, if the property is left very dirty there will be a charge on your damage deposit.

Check In / Check Out & Tourist Tax
Check in is at 3PM and check out is at 10AM
Tourist Taxes are collected by us and are payable directly to the town hall. This city tax is charged dependent on the number of people staying in the property.
