Atlas Ride Co operates a small fleet of Volkswagen Caravelle and Transporters that can take you and you mountain bikes or skis to and from your chosen destination. If we cannot offer you a service we have several partners in each area and can find you the airport transfer you need.
All of our vehicles and drivers are fully licensed, regulated and insured. We operate with box trailers enabling us to carry up to 8 passengers with bikes in Evoc style bike bags or small bike boxes. So you know you will be travelling in comfort and safety.
We operate private transfers based upon what your needs are and the availability of a van and driver on any given day.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & LOGISTICS
The below operating terms are that of Atlas Ride Co, transfers booked through partners will follow the terms of that company.

ARRIVALS
- You will receive a text the day before travel informing you of your driver, the number to contact them on and any other necessary information.
DEPARTURES
- Guests leaving Morzine or Finale Ligure (and the surrounding villages) are picked up from their accommodation 4 - 6.5 hours before departing flight time in normal conditions. You will be informed by call or text at the latest in the afternoon before departure of your pick up time, that may change during the day incase of extreme weather or traffic conditions.
BIKE AND/OR SKI CARRIAGE
- Bikes must be secured in a bike bag or box no larger than 115cm x 30cm x 85cm and this must be declared with us before travel, no guarantee of travel can be made for luggage outside of these measurements and no bike will be taken if not in a case. Luggage is limited to 1 suitcase sized bag or case unless approved beforehand.
- Skis or snowboards must be in a case no longer than xx, bags longer than this cannot be guaranteed to travel unless they can be in some way compacted.
DELAYS

Passengers should inform us as soon as they are aware of any delays.

On-time arrivals: The client will be considered as delayed if they do not make contact with our driver within 60 minutes of their flight arriving on-time.

Flight delays of up to 1 hour after your scheduled arrival time : Your driver will be able to wait for you.

Flight delays of up to 5 hours: If a flight is delayed by more than 60 minutes but less than 4 hours your driver may need to depart the airport to perform other tasks. Within this window and at the start of the second hour we will charge an extra €30 per hour, up to €100 waiting time.

Delays of more than 5 hours: If a flight is delayed by over 5 hours we would be forced to operate an extra transfer at the cost of the client, at the original rate charged, no refund will be given to the original transfer.

Diverted flights: If a flight is diverted, the airline will transport the passengers to Geneva airport and the above clauses apply.

Cancelled flights: Where flights are cancelled and as a consequence, the client cancels a transfer any less than 14 days before travel, no refund will be given. Full documentation will be provided on request to aid any insurance claim.

Rescheduled flights: It is the responsibility of the Client, or Passenger, to inform MTB Beds of any flight rescheduling by the airline. Where possible we will accommodate any changes. However the above delayed terms may apply.
- If no contact is made with the MTB Beds within 60 minutes of *actual* landing time, the client will be classed as a ‘no show’ and the driver will be at liberty to leave the airport without them and the client obliged to re-book and pay for a new transfer.
ABUSIVE PASSENGERS, ALCOHOL AND VEHICLE DAMAGE
- MTB Beds reserves the right to refuse transport services to any passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who is behaving in an abusive or threatening manner. We reserve the right to terminate transport services immediately should this situation arise.
- No refunds will be given in part or whole in these circumstances and the Company has no responsibility to assist in making alternative arrangements.
- This right is delegated to all MTB Beds staff including drivers. No open alcohol container maybe consumed in the vehicle at anytime.
- The driver reserves the right to stop the service at anytime during the transfer in this circumstance. Vomit or food spillage will result in cleaning fee that is comparable with the damage caused and is charged at €50 per hour.
- Intentional damage to the vehicle will incur charges to replace the part, the part itself and the time taken to do so, and any if the damage causes a safety issue, any lost revenue to that vehicle while it is unroadworthy.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations outside of 14 days will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days will not be eligible for a refund. Though a vehicle has not travelled we will have refused travel to other clients to allow for your booking.
- Name changes are no issue, however the same times and dates must apply or it counts as a cancellation.
- Date changes can be made outside of 14 days at no extra charge, subject to availability
