The property sleeps 9 people over the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a Twin, the second is a Quad with one set of bunk beds and two singles, the third bedroom is a Triple room, this comprises of a double and single bed so you can have a couple, friends or a family in this one. The front room and chill out area is very bright and spacious with one large L shape sofa and another two seater sofa to relax on, there is a flat screen TV and access out onto the balcony to enjoy those stunning view across Morzine and it’s surrounding mountains.

The apartment has Internet TV and WiFi throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large table seating 9 people, there is a large fridge, oven, 4 ring hob, dishwasher and all cooking utensils you could need for your self-catered summer holiday in Morzine.

The main bathroom is off the hallway and this is again spacious with a shower over the bath, toilet, sink and towel rails, the apartment also has another bathroom with shower on the ground floor of the chalet that can be used freely. On the ground floor, the is a dry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in case clothes need washing or the rain makes an appearance.

The garage and terrace is shared with apartment Apartment Sauvageonne One, which is directly below your apartment, it is an Atlas Ride Co. property. Some great friendships have been made between families and clients staying here over the years! The large terrace area has a plancha gas barbecue and outside seating with a long dining table.

The secure garage is equipped with a Park Tool stand, track pump, cleaning brushes, loam foam and lube from Peaty's, which is shared with the apartment above you. If you are in Morzine to mountain bike it's essential to have these great additional facilities to hand.
