There are not many places where you can ski in the morning and ride bikes in the afternoon! But, for a limited time in Morzine, you have the opportunity to do both activities in the same day, in the same resort. In the morning, you'll be in Avoriaz, hitting the slopes with your guide. After lunch you'll be on the E-Bikes, using both vehicles and battery power to climb into the mountains where the snow has melted, riding some of the incredible backcountry the area has to provide.
If it snows all week it will be a backcountry powder trip but we will still find some bike trails! As Elbert Hubbard said “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade” This trip has been born from our passion for the mountains and these amazing sports but also from the changing environment that we find ourselves operating in!

We even provide transfers ourselves for private services or family groups. See more here.
Travelling with Children

Sports physio & massage
- Skiing is demanding on the body and everyone deserves a massage to blast that lactic acid and those tight muscles.
OUR FOOD
We love classical cooking, we want to bring out the flavours in ingredients, we want you to know that we care about what goes on your plate, we do not cook for egos, we cook for you. The snow can be perfect, the weather incredible and the pistes quiet but if the food is found lacking your holiday will be lesser for it. Atlas won't let that happen.
Dietary requirements - We can cater for almost any medical dietary need. If you can give us the information in good time we can feed you well.

FAQ
- Will we be able to use the ski lifts with out bikes?
No, the lifts will not be accessible, but we'll be using vans and trailers to gain elevation, then using the bikes motors to keep high and ascend where necessary
- How does a day work?
In the morning you'll be shuttled to Prodains, which has rapid access to Avoriaz. There you'll spend the morning skiing and/or boarding with Season Guiding, taking on piste, off piste, freestyle, back country, whatever the snow allows you to do while the conditions are good.
After lunch, aiming for 14h you'll meet at the chalet where you'll be shuttled with the bikes up to the snow line to ride for the afternoon.
- What trails will be open?
We don't know as it depends on the snow, but there are always plenty of riding options in April if you have access to an E-Bike.
- How much elevation will we climb?
1000m maximum, with enough battery for you to stay in Trail mode (high assist) the whole time.
- What Bikes will you have?
Specialized Levo Comp Generation 3's
- I cannot ski or snowboard?
Contact us as we can arrange private lessons, or you can skip to snow component off all together and just come ride a bike in the alps.
- Does it matter if I ski or snowboard?
No, coaching will always be given but this is more guiding than it is ski, board or bike lessons.
What level biker, skier or boarder do I need to be?
You should be happy on blue runs, and capable of reds and blacks.
WEATHER & SNOWFALL
If we have heavy snowfall it may not be possible to ride in Morzine, leaning we will shuttle down into the valley below the snow line.
We may also be able to ride in the snow, or the snow maybe so good that we decide to ski and board all day, it will be up to the group, the guide and the conditions of the day.
The program is adaptable to the conditions.
ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
We try to keep all groups together but sometimes when numbers are odd you might be sharing a room with a member of another party. We will however ensure the rooms are the same sex unless we specifically ask you before mixing it up!
If this could present potential issues for your trip please ask about our Single Supplement above.

Just home from the Tweed Valley Enduro Long Weekend with MTB Beds. Wow what a weekend. Epic riding, superb guides, great accommodation and some more epic riding. A superb intro to the Tweed Valley and the riding on offer at Glentress, The Golfie and Innerleithen. Rich and The MTB Beds team are superb - helpful, knowledgeable and responsive and Murray and the Team at Glentress Hotel were brilliant. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic week of riding in Finale Ligure. Top class guiding, excellent hosting, nothing was too much trouble for the MTB Beds team. Will definitely use again.
