Just home from the Tweed Valley Enduro Long Weekend with MTB Beds. Wow what a weekend. Epic riding, superb guides, great accommodation and some more epic riding. A superb intro to the Tweed Valley and the riding on offer at Glentress, The Golfie and Innerleithen. Rich and The MTB Beds team are superb - helpful, knowledgeable and responsive and Murray and the Team at Glentress Hotel were brilliant. Thoroughly recommended.

Welcome to our wildest mountain bike trip in Scotland yet, the Dunkeld & Aboyne Gravity Enduro Tour. This one is not for the faint of heart, you'll be riding some steep, technical, fast, rocky and wild tracks in some of the most iconic gravity-focused MTB destinations in Scotland. We are also throwing in some vehicle uplifts here to take the sting out of some serious climbs.

We start in Dunkeld, surrounded by four main hills and host to DH racing for over 20+ years. Close by is the up-and-coming Glassie Bike Park, this place packs a punch and confuses the brain with its natural and man-made features. As we move North Ballater and Aboyne are visited, with granite slabs, sniper roots, steep shoots and some truly incredible trails.

Final Destination MTB Trail Ballater

This is an advanced-level tour, you will need to be confident riding black-level trails and happy with some drops, jumps and steep technical terrain. If the weather is wet it gets even more spicy and even more fun. You will need to be fit and happy to pedal a 1000M+ vertical in a day but trust us the descents are worth every drop of blood, sweat and tears.

What's Included

  • Hearty breakfasts every day
