Codes will be handed out individually once you have booked your holiday with Atlas Ride Co. and on request. The Workshop set-up applies only if you take your bike to Sprung in the Forest of Dean and they will work on the bike with you. You can send the fork and shock in advance and then collect in person. Why not get three others to send in their suspension pre-holiday and make the most of a proper trail set-up session also.

Growing up in the Forest of Dean, Jake knew he needed to make a living through his passion of riding bikes and getting technically geeky. After over ten years of working in the industry with Dirt Magazine and MBUK product testing, as well as multiple frame and suspension manufacturers all over the world, Jake moved back to the Forest of Dean and Sprung Suspension Workshop was born.
Since establishing Sprung in late 2015, the business has carried on racking up industry clients, including 2 years of providing World Cup race support for Ohlins and most recently design consultation work with Mondraker, culminating in the newest prototype DH bike you see the team racing today.
Regardless of the industry work, Sprung was primarily set up to help everyday riders keep their suspension at its very best. Offering service, tuning and setup services from their base in the Forest of Dean as well as data logging and setup days anywhere in Europe, Sprung is arguably the best-equipped MTB suspension centre in the UK, with an experienced team of technicians working daily on a huge variety of suspension for weekend warriors through to the top World Cup racers.
