All of our summer season properties our set up perfectly for mountain bikes and have everything you could need for the whole 3 months come rain or shine in Morzine.
The summer mountain bike season in Morzine runs from the start of June through to early September, we are pushing the town hall and lift companies hard however to stay open longer as the weather in September is so good and there can still be snow in June at the very top at 2400 meters.

Morzine is nestled among the 12 villages of the Portes du Soleil in the northern French Alps, it is a pure mountain biking Mecca! There are over 650km of official DH MTB trails linked by 21 lifts that spam 2 countries and if you don’t mind a bit of a pedal then there’s even more hidden gems in these great hills. There are 4 bike parks and easy access to our neighbouring resorts like Chatel, Les Gets, Champery and Morgins to name a few. There is no chance you’ll get bored with the variety of riding you can find in Morzine from the official trails to the secret one build by the locals, it's steep, fast, rooty and hell of a lot of fun.
There have also been some new developments in Morzine over the past few summers, the town is now committed to improving and rejuvenating the lift system and maintaining and building new exciting trails. We are excited to see the opening of the new Pleney Bubble. It was closed last summer but the brand new, high-speed lift can now get more people per hour to the top of the Pleney and onto the gems of the Pleney DH trails, than ever before! No more breakdowns and greatly reduced queues! This new lift will take 2 people at a time and takes 4 minutes from bottom to top, that means 10 minute laps, 6 per hour, 48 in a day. Now thats a challenge to Chris Kavoriks supposed 38 in one day on the old lift, legend has it.
